About Us

The Pretty Emporium is a boutique selling the best selection of gorgeous, unique and bespoke interiors for your home, garden or special place. We are a family run business based in Nottinghamshire with links to Hampshire.

We have been working with interiors for a number of years which started as a hobby. We have always had a passionate interest in interior design and anything that makes a house into a home. 

 

We offer an eclectic mix of up-cycled, recycled and new French, Scandinavian, Shabby Chic and Industrial furniture and furnishings. 

Our painted furniture is painted to recreate a time worn rustic aged look with a modern contemporary twist. Our paint colour collections are inspired by our love of nature, the elements and the great outdoors.

RETURNS

We truly hope that you are happy with your item but if for any reason you are not, you may return it to us within 14 working days of receipt. Please contact us at theprettyemporium@hotmail.com to ask for the return and explain the reason for the return and you will be given the returns address. Please note, the item must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent to you, so please ensure the product is packaged as you received it so it does not get damaged in transit, unfortunately, we cannot cover the returns cost. To ensure the return comes back to us safely we advise that you ask for a proof of postage receipt.

We provide international delivery for small items, please email us to check if an item is eligible. 

 

Can I come and view an item before I buy?

 

Yes, just get in touch and we will provide you with details.

 

Do you advertise all of your items online?

 

We have lots of new products arriving every week, so if you are looking for something particular we may have it in stock but not advertised online yet.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched we will send you an email containing the tracking information.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

Once you receive the tracking information you can check its progress online.

What are your delivery options?

 

We send all of our products by tracked postage. The courier selected will depend on the size of the packed product, we aim to send all products using the most cost effective courier.
